Sports Medicine

Your body is meant to be active. Every person’s level of activity varies, but we all have personal fitness goals, which is why sports medicine is so important.

Whether you enjoy daily walks or are a performance athlete, we can help shape your daily workout routines, assist with proper nutrition, and get your body to its top performance.

Have an injury that you are dealing with? Now Health can help you with diagnosis and treatment of the injury. Through massage therapy, appropriate nutrition, physical therapy referrals or injections, we can get you back on track.

Ready to conquer your fitness goals through sports medicine? See a sample workout and nutrition plan.

With over 25 years of experience in the field as both a certified athletic trainer and sports medicine practitioner, Dr. Jill Valerius uses her knowledge and experience to help you meet your personal goals. As part of our customized workout and nutrition plan, we will use Spectracell Micronutrient Testing to look for nutrient deficiencies and show you how we can give your body a boost.
